Return & Refund Policy

1. Service Nature

Interior design and project management services are professional services, not physical retail products. Refund terms depend on project phase completion and agreed deliverables.

2. Deposits and Milestones

Deposits secure scheduling and commencement. Milestone payments correspond to work completed, such as briefing, concept, documentation, and site support.

3. Refund Eligibility

If a project is cancelled, any eligible refund is assessed against completed scope, committed supplier costs, and administrative expenses already incurred.

4. Procurement Items

Furniture, fixtures, and materials procured through third parties may be subject to supplier-specific return and cancellation rules that are outside our direct control.
